Luffy's New Attack is “ゴムゴムの白いロケット” where the “白い” (white) reads as “ドーン” which could be “Doon” or “Dawn” (Dawn, as in Chapter 1 of Manga). Therefore it would be read as “Gomu Gomu no Doon/Dawn Rocket” (Gum Gum White Rocket).
